Our discount/promo code has to be entered in the Box which states ‘Discount Code’ within the ‘Order Summary’ section. Once you have entered the code, click on ‘Update’.

You must enter the discount/promo code when you are checking out as it can’t be applied later.

NOTE: Only one discount/promo code can be used per order

My payment has been declined?

Please ensure all the details your have entered are correct and ensure your billing address matches your card billing address.

Don’ panic! There has to be a perfectly good explanation, whether it was intercepted by the evil Emperor or maybe Spidey’s senses were playing up.

How does Dandyisland ensure items are not damaged during transit?

Firstly, we are proud collectors ourselves, we know what it means to have items delivered undamaged.

We work hard to ensure that all products leave our warehouse safely and securely.

In the unlikely event that a product reaches you damaged then return within 28 days and we will send another free of charge or send a refund to your account.

The item I want is out of stock?

It can sometimes prove difficult to keep up with the demand we have for our products!

We understand the frustation, if the item is currently showing it is out of stock with no estimated re-stock date, you can check back at a later date and as soon as more stock becomes available our website will be the place it will be updated first.
